It seems every other time I update my gear to the optimizer, the fiber I have locked in to my Reshii wraps gets unlocked. I don’t always catch it and end up spending thousands of gold on gems only to realize and change them back.
I tried a few cases of importing after locking the fiber and was not able to reproduce this… I’m trying to think of what could cause it. It could possibly happen when you upgrade the item level of the cloak? It might consider it a different item after doing that – I’m not sure how Blizzard chose to handle that.
It usually happens after I pick up a few new pieces of gear, but leaving the cloak alone.
