I keep getting the 310 chest recommendation over what I feel may be better, the Fairweather Tunic. I thought it might be the Resounding Protection shield, but that doesn’t seems to stack. I feel the higher rampant would be more valuable? Am I missing something that makes the Spymaster’s Wrap recommended?

I ran a couple of sims using your export string.
With the gear you chose on: 13,801 HPS with 0.08 Ally Death(s)
With the BiB recommendations: 13,821 HPS with 0.06 Ally Death(s)

So there’s very little between them.
I’m pretty sure Swol said there will be an update to the healing script, plus the addition of a raid one. But first he’s going through all of the player scripts.

There’s a lot of work in that!

Looking at those, it looks like the BiS might be stacking the Resounding Protection? Because the shield I get is not 12k. It’s 6k.

Sure in this case it’s a minor impact to HPS, but having more stam matters, not just for HPS but general survivability.

What do you mean? I can choose to have the shield work on both pieces? That seems out of my control.

All azerite powers stack. If you have two pieces of gear with Resounding Protection, the shield you get will be twice as big. The tooltip on each azerite power on each item won’t change, but if you look at the actual shield you get, it is twice as big.

I wasn’t seeing this on my shield tooltip. It only had the largest of the 2 values.

That would seem like a bug to me… could you try it in-game and send me your addon export plus a screenshot of the tooltip on the shield?

Unfortunately, I no longer have the gear. If I get 2 with that ability again, I will. Also checking ElvUI for any kind of tooltip stacking stuff it might be doing.
