Robot wants me to remove a peice of gear with no replacement?

Beast Mastery BiB want me to remove my shoulders without a replacement. Can anyone see anything I’m missing?

They are leather, so Mr. Robot does not recognize them as a valid item for a hunter! He’s pretty old school, so he doesn’t think that everything is hunter loot.
