I used the upgrade finder, and it’s saying that the Lustrous Golden Plumage trinket out of King’s Rest is an upgrade for me. I have that exact same trinket in the form of a Dread Gladiator’s Medallion trinket that has the exact same stats and on use, but it is not an upgrade according to BiB. What’s the deal?

Using your import string I don’t see what you’re saying.
If it’s still doing it for you I guess we’d need to know what settings you’re using.
Which order of priority you have your specs set, M+ level in upgrade finder, threshold level, enchants, gems and what the Reorigination Array is set to.
I updated that trinket in the update yesterday.
