It’s possible it is using the other ring with a different enchant for your Discipline spec?
Does your equipped ring have an enchant on it? I suspect BiB is comparing the base version of that ring + enchant against the equipped version - enchant. The enchants/gems seem to throw a lot of equations out of whack - at least in my experience.

It doesn’t suggest the same ring but lower ilvl for me.
What I believe is the difference here is that you have Holy as your least important spec (third place). The higher ilvl ring is probably already taken by another spec with a different enchant, and your third spec (holy) can’t use that ring without changing the enchant (which it will not do, since the enchant is being used by another, higher prioritized, spec).
Can’t test my theory since I then need your addon string for shadow and disc as well, so I can put them in the same order as you have.
EDIT: I could just press the spec buttons at the top, my bad! And I was correct. The 330 ilvl ring is being used by your shadow spec with haste enchant. So Holy takes the 320 ilvl ring with mastery enchant.
