Same story here…..hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Same here. Worked fine a couple of hours ago.

(Retail - Midnight)

I’m looking into this right now. We will get a fix posted shortly.

Same here — I guess everyone is having the same issue. Thanks for responding so quickly, Swol.

The site is working again for now. We are still investigating the cause of the error - something crashed the web server, so it appears this wasn’t an optimization error (all the optimization servers were fine), which is very strange. We will monitor it closely today and keep going through the logs to hopefully find the source and ensure there aren’t any further issues.

Maybe its time for process monitoring? This is a paid service after all.

We, of course, have process monitoring. Our company is two people. Unfortunately this hit during the small window of time when both of us were asleep.

Our website has been up and running for 16 years. I think the sum total of downtime has been less than 24 hours total in that 16 years. We take this sort of thing very seriously, and pride ourselves in providing an extremely reliable and stable product at a very low price. We appreciate that downtime for a paid service is unacceptable.

We are working right now to set it up so this type of error can be auto-corrected in the future.
