While I am still getting decent gear, I don’t want to waste time/money on enchanting and gemming up gear that I will replace quickly, so I set both Gems and Enchants to none in the Best In Bags setup, however AMR is still recommending gems and enchants.
The issue is that your higher priority setup is allowing gems and enchants. You can either set your Affliction setup to also disallow gems and enchants, or move your Demonology setup to the highest priority (by dragging and dropping in the list on the left, just above the big yellow text that says “the order matters”).
Best in Bags optimizes each setup in order from top to bottom. A lower setup is not allowed to “undo” a gem or enchant change made to an item in a higher setup. This allows you to maintain multiple sets of gear simultaneously that are near optimal without having to redo your gems and enchants all the time when you change specs or talents.
