How come the legendary tab only shows 249 ilvl leggos for best optimized? rn I have a 262 eq and it shows 249 as an upgrade? Besides it shows the same legendary with lower ilvl as better than my 262 xD

Click the “read this forum post” link right above the search box in your screenshot – it explains how this ranking works. It is different than other upgrade finder searches.
