Shadowlands: Suggesting Avoidance for DPS?

I did a best in bag, and it is suggesting a cloak enchant with avoidance. When I checked to other cloak enchants, the same enchant with minor speed instead of avoidance was the same DPS. Why would I want avoidance over movement speed? I googled this and there was a lot of opinions about this but I couldn’t find anything that said this should be a thing. Is this an error or something new for Shadowlands?

The minor stat that you pick doesn’t really matter. Usually we set it up to pick movement speed… I’ll see why it picked avoidance in this case. Either way, just go with whatever you prefer.
