I’ve found if I import from the Best in Bags and open the shopping list, the purchase list doesn’t really match the needed quantity to redo enchant/gem changes to rebalance stats. I’ve been trying to figure out if there is a pattern to when items are missing, but I’ve not been able to track one. It’s hard to recreate/demonstrate. Do I need to clear the addon’s saved data and import again maybe?
We did fix an issue a couple weeks ago where the gems were not showing up – if you get the latest version of the addon that should be fixed.
As for the enchants not showing up, I haven’t run into that before. If you do run into it again, do the following:
First, take a support snapshot on our site via the “help” link next to the Best in Bags section header (it is next to another link called “tutorial”). Post that 32-digit number here.
Then, let us know which gems/enchants are missing from the shopping list in-game. With that we should be able to track it down further.

I spent some gold to demo it by swapping an enchant I saw didn’t show up last night, it for sure doesn’t show the crit enchant in the shopping list. Here is a screenshot showing what I mean: https://imgur.com/a/LGMppJm
Sorry this issue got pushed down my to-do list a bit, and I took a little time off over the holidays.
I tried this out and I see enchant information is getting sent to the addon correctly, it’s showing that the enchant needs changing on the gear tab of the in-game addon…
Since it is not really possible for me to reproduce another player’s inventory in-game to test the addon directly, I have to just take a few guesses based on the code.
My best guess is this: there is some code in the shopping list to exclude things that you already own. Is it possible that in this case you already had a scroll of Radiant Critical Strike in your bags or bank? It is also possible that this part of the code has an issue.
