Is there a way (or could there be) of only using soulbound (and/or warbound) items when calculating the gear set for your specs? I personally never use BoE items; I sell them. It would be nice, especially when levelling, to ignore these items in your bags or bank when calculating the optimal gear sets.
Currently I am having to manually hide BoE gear (mail it to an alt) so that it’s not included in the analysis.
Maybe allow checkboxes in Options for Soulbound, WarBound, BoE? There will of course be some items not covered by any of these, but very few.
Under “step 2” of the “Set up best in bags” step when using Best in Bags, check the “Exclude Warband/BoE Items” option – that should do most of what you want, though it doesn’t allow separating Warband and BoE items.
You can also manually exclude specific items from the Best in Bags optimization. When you are looking at the optimization result, click on the item in any slot. This will bring up a list of all the items that you own. Click the symbol at the far right of an item to exclude it from optimizations.
That is exactly what I wanted. I was looking in hte in-game addon for options
