It appears special delivery’s damage was not increased in amr post the buff on live (or at least the tooltip isnt updated). The damage went from 33%->65.52% AP.

The damage was increased in the simulator and calculations. Tooltip looks correct to me on the wiki. Maybe you have it cached?
idk. in the tooltip when creating a sim it shows the old %. If the code is correct all good.
