Stat optimization giving weird result

My question is:
I am a Prot Pal Tank in this setup.
My stat Analysis is showing that I need more Mastery and less of all the other 3 (incl. haste).
Yet, the AMR is telling me to enchant and gem for haste??
You would think that enchanting and gemming with Mastery would be the right thing to do.

AMR doesn’t use a singular stat. priority in the same way that other sites do; they use an algorithm that considers a combination of all stats to get the similar total throughput.
Better/upgraded gear may well have more Mastery, but in the mean time Haste will give you the most benefit; work on the premise that - on the whole - Haste & Mastery are your overall best choices.

Stat Analysis says to get different stats than optimizer picks for gems/enchants
