When I run the string, it loads my toon 20 ilvls below what my actual ilvl is in the game? Rendering any info in regards to upgrade finder useless. Any suggestions?
Did you load from the armory or our in-game addon? The armory does not support the crucible unfortunately, you need to use our addon or manually modify the crucible (click the “hamburger” icon to left of your character name at top of the page).
If you did import from our addon, maybe you didn’t open up the crucible after installing the addon? We need to see it at least once, and then it stays in sync automatically any time you change anything at the crucible.
Yes, I’ve imported the string from in-game. I have not enabled the crucible. Does AMR require the crucible to show current ilvl at the AMR gear explorer?
No, should be fine if you don’t have the crucible unlocked. Could you post the addon export string that you are copying to the website? Also, what item level should your character be showing vs. what does it show after you import?

Your relics are empty – try opening your artifact weapon in-game, then export again. That should fix it up.
