With tier sets and legendaries it is often the case that an item is an upgrade only if you swap around your gear. The upgrade finder, however, only seems to look at what items would be an upgrade if the rest of your gear remains constant. This feature would make the upgrade finder much more useful and I wouldn’t have to try to manually go through the different combinations and guess whether or not a dropped item is actually an upgrade.

That would be cool, but it would also be quite slow and expensive… it is on my list to give thoughts to future enhancements to the upgrade finder though.
