TBC: AMR seeing some +stats on items as +0

AMR is recommending that i equip strength shoulders over int shoulders for holy. When attempting to manually change the slot on AMR BiB, i noticed that some tiems show up at a negative score -0.06% and have their stats listed as +0 int, +0 Healing Power, etc.

This is a very low level character, which we only nominally support. Once things quiet down we can take a look at why some of those low level items are not parsing correctly.
