I would like to know what is the proc chance you guys are using for Dragonspine & Internal GCD. I’m asking because I honestly find it hard to believe it is being valued lower than Tsunami Talisman for Hunters.
Checking the logs from my guild, it is definitely around 20-25% uptime.

We are using 25% uptime in our estimates.

Edit: Out of curiosity, is AMR using both AP trinkets at the same time or one after the other as it actually happens.
We aren’t running an actual simulation, we are using a mathematical model. The effects of the trinket is averaged out in the calculations. It is a toss-up as to whether this under or over-values certain trinkets, but we find that it generally gives a good estimate of the effective value.
