TBC Enchant weapon Ret pala

Hello there !

My BIS and BIB suggest me to have the Savagery enchant on my 2H weapon. I don’t understand this choice.
I mean litteraly all Paladin and all guide use Mongoose. (Look at warcraftlogs pal ret)
The optimizer say that savagery is 1% better than mongoose.

Is it a bug or everybody make a mistake ?

I don’t know why people are in love with Mongoose. I think they attribute way too much value to the attack speed increase, which is very small. I don’t know what math would put mongoose ahead of savagery for a retribution paladin.
