[TBC] Incorrectly suggestion haste gems still

Hi,

Looks like the TBC AMR still suggests using ‘Reckless Noble Topaz’ (haste gems that aren’t in the game).

I thought I’d just exclude them but it looks like they aren’t on the gem list.

I’ll take a look – i think the release phase filter isn’t getting applied before optimizing.

Looks like it has been fixed now.
