I can’t find inspiring presence buff in the TBC simulator, am I missing a buff or was it overlooked?

it’s called Heroic Presence spell

nizeth is correct, its called “Heroic Presence Spell” and its listed at the bottom of the list under “Raid Debuffs” when you “Set Up Best in Bags”.
