Currently, Best in Bags is suggesting that Totem of the Plains is better than Totem of Spontaneous Regrowth for a Resto Shaman, when clearly, the opposite is true (it’s the same buff with only a different number). Please fix.
The default healing rules don’t use Healing Wave, they use Lesser Healing Wave. In my research, most of the high healing parses for resto shaman don’t use very much Healing Wave, if any.
You can edit the healing rules with the “customize” tab to match your preferred play style if you plan to play in a different manner.
Totem of the Plains buffs Lesser Healing Wave, Totem of Spontaneous Regrowth buffs Healing Wave.
