Tertiary Stat Value Priorities

I may have missed it, but avoidance stat seems to be rated slightly higher than other tertiary stats with no way to specify a preference to using leech or speed. As such, it would always recommend enchants that I have no interest in. Is this available somewhere?

Can you post your exact case?

We give some small value to tertiary stats so items with them won’t get zero value from the tertiary stat, but I don’t think we favor one over another. It’s possible that when you have a choice between items of otherwise equal quality besides the tertiary stat, we favor avoidance because it is first alphabetically.

It’s easiest to see with the pawn stat weight export.

( Pawn: v1: “Kaervek - Arcane”: Class=Mage, Spec=Arcane, Intellect=16.11, CritRating=7.37, HasteRating=6.57, Versatility=6.05, MasteryRating=5.43, Avoidance=0.03, MovementSpeed=0.02, Indestructible=0.01, Leech=0.01 )

As you can see, we simply applied some nominal value to the tertiary stats. If you want a different enchantment that has no effect on DPS, you should lock in the one that you prefer. It is totally arbitrary from our gear-optimization perspective which one is chosen.

We can add to the list a way to control tertiary stat preferences.

yeah, that’s what I’ve been doing for enchantments and such. I was just hoping for a way to basically “select” that I want speed or leech more than anything else. A way to control the tertiary stats would be ideal.

Thanks for confirming it doesn’t exist currently and adding it to your todo list. Much appreciated!
