One suggestion, the Great Vault Upgrade doesn’t take the Creation Catalyst into account. For example I have 265 pants in my vault, but since they aren’t tier, it won’t properly compare them. If I took the pants, I’d immediately convert them to tier. Is it possible to sim both on the upgrade results page?

I actually just logged in to comment the same thing. Excellent suggestion to have this option to compare against Creation Catalyst upgrades, especially with non-tier pieces that are not as obvious.
Case in point, a Castle Nathria vault piece that AMR says is a 3% downgrade was actually a 2% upgrade once I turned it into tier.
We could look into adding that as a nice convenience. In the meantime, you could do an upgrade finder search for Raid → Sepulcher with the set bonus prediction enabled to get an idea of whether tier pieces would be good for you.
The “solution” I found after posting is to use the Add to my Bag option in the Upgrade finder.
If possible, could you add to the calulation wether putting a socket on something would be a better upgrade? the things I got this week are pretty minor upgrades so its worth considering for me and some numbers from AMR would help that decision.
Bit late in the expansion, but it would really be helpful to be able to compare items both as they are and once converted. Maybe a checkbox option like with the “Set Bonus Prediction” option?

AMR is indicating my biggest upgrade is to change a pair of 392 shoulders into 415 tier shoulders. Problem is, I only have 2 pair of shoulders total: one’s ilvl 385 and one 392. I have no idea why it’s telling me that I can convert the 392 non-tier piece to a 415. Something is wrong: either the tool is calculating things incorrectly or I am using it incorrectly. Help or explanation would be appreciated.

You probably have the option to upgrade with valor to rank 13/13. That will show the item as if you converted it with the catalyst, then upgraded to max rank with valor after that.
