The wotlk version has now been restarted on the Chinese server. Can we enable the functions of wotlk for the convenience of Chinese users?
We should be able to do that ā it might take me a few days though to re-enable it and add some messaging to let people know that right now WotLK is only available in China.

Sorry it is getting a bit delayedā¦ they announced The War Within pre-patch a little earlier than we expected (next Tuesday), so we are scrambling to get that ready. Once that is out I should be able to take a day to get WotLK back up for Chinese players.
I am also a World of Warcraft player from China. I have been using the āAsk Mr. Robotā tool. Now that the WOTLK version has been relaunched in China, I hope to be able to use this tool again soon. Thank you!

I just posted an update that re-enables WotLK for players on Chinese servers. (Well, it re-enables it for everyone, but only Chinese players can actually play a version of the game that will work with it.)
Note that the the WotLK optimizer is in the last state it was in before WotLK ended for other regions. It should work fine for whatever phase you are on, but you may need to do some extra filtering/exclusions on gems/enchants in particular.
It should prompt you to upgrade if you have not purchased the WotLK premium upgrade, but if not, you can always check what you have purchased on your billing page:

From there you can see what you own and purchase the WotLK upgrade.

We can change that ā it is difficult to find the release phase schedule for Chinese serversā¦ Iām assuming it is still phase 1? The site will work best if we update the current phase to match what is live on the servers.
It is phase 2 ulduar opened at Chinese server now
I updated the site with phase 2 as the active phase for the WotLK section.
If someone wants to make a post whenever they release a new phase on the Chinese servers, I can update the site to stay in sync.

New Raid: Trial of the Crusader and Trial of the Grand Crusader
This content will unlock at 7:00 AM Beijing Time on January 16.
Form 10-player and 25-player groups to face five boss encounters in both the normal and heroic versions of Trial of the Crusader and Trial of the Grand Crusader. At the start of the raidās release, only the normal difficulty will be available, with the heroic difficulty unlocking at an appropriate time.
- The 10-player and 25-player raid instances will have separate progression locks, independent of each other.
- Adjustments have been made to the loot drops in the 25-player normal difficulty Trial of the Crusader:
- The item levels of boss loot have been increased. A total of 25 pieces of gear from the 25-player normal mode have been upgraded to item level 252. Each boss has a list of five eligible items, with one item of item level 252 guaranteed to drop per kill.
- The final boss, Anubāarak, will have an additional pool of five item level 258 cloaks to choose from, with one guaranteed to drop in addition to regular loot.
- Non-upgraded item drops will remain unchanged.

I unfortunately donāt have access to a Chinese game client for data extraction for WotLK ā is there a list somewhere of which items have had their item levels upgraded? I could go through and add them manually if I had the list of item IDs that are affected.

With regards to the hit, Iām fairly certain that we are calculating that correctly. Give this post a read if you think a hit/expertise stat doesnāt match:
Note that there is a buff under the raid buffs section for Heroic Presence.
As for the items, Iām working on those this week ā they are actually brand new items rather than modified old items so it is a bit of a painā¦ I need to manually add the items (and probably remove the corresponding old ones), but our system is all set up to be automated, so Iām fighting against that. It also needs to be done in such a way that we can undo it easily were they ever to run WotLK again in the other regions.
Turns out that I had to just break down and do it by hand for those itemsā¦ you can try it out and see how they look, I think that I got them all.
