With regards to the hit, I’m fairly certain that we are calculating that correctly. Give this post a read if you think a hit/expertise stat doesn’t match:
Note that there is a buff under the raid buffs section for Heroic Presence.
As for the items, I’m working on those this week – they are actually brand new items rather than modified old items so it is a bit of a pain… I need to manually add the items (and probably remove the corresponding old ones), but our system is all set up to be automated, so I’m fighting against that. It also needs to be done in such a way that we can undo it easily were they ever to run WotLK again in the other regions.
