The BiB makes me add twice the same weapon embellishment, disregarding other embellished items, which sounds really weird. Maybe the weighted stats of the item is still better, hard to say without getting the logic behind.
While I haven’t personally tried every combination in-game, to my knowledge they should stack.
Since you have both of these items with Ascendance, you could try it out pretty easily at a training dummy to confirm.
before posting, i’ve tried this, and it doesnt stack faster.
I tested again right now, and even though it doesnt stack faster, each stack gives 2x89 of a given stats. So you’re right, they do stack.
