Upgrade Finder not showing ring upgrades across all my characters

When I use the upgrade finder it’s not showing potential ring upgrades out of Raid or M+ on any of my characters. Even when I own a Champion ring and that same ring at Hero is available out of and M+ it still shows that ring as a downgrade. This specific snapshot shows my problem best with my character having a Veteran ring that most certainly can be replaced out of Delves, Prey, M+, and Raid, but the upgrade finder offers no option. I believe the Best in Bag feature still recognizes an obvious ring upgrade once it’s in my bags, but the upgrade finder specifically offers no upgrade path. This problem persists on all my characters. Perhaps it’s some setting I have toggled, or some interaction with Gem thresholds, but I’ve toggled just about everything I can find to force the Rings to appear as upgrades but nothing seems to change that.

Thanks for the snapshot, I’ll take a look – for some reason our default lists of gear didn’t pick up the socket that comes on all jewelry items when we grabbed new data yesterday. I’ll figure out what’s up with that and update the data sometime today.

Things are working on my Druid when I tested this morning :saluting_face: but the same problem still exists on my Augmentation Evoker.

He’s running Champion rings with no upgrades listed in the upgrade finder, even the Hero version of the rings he currently has equipped, every ring is a downgrade. There doesn’t seem to be a problem with Devastation, so I imagine this is an issue specific to Aug.

Thanks for the snapshot, I’ll take a look – it seems like another unrelated issue may be happening. I’ll try to get to the bottom of it today and post an update.

We just posted an update that should resolve this other issue – try optimizing again and the results should look better.
