Using Unavailble Enchant?

Showing to use Inscription of High Discipline (30sp 15 crit) enchant on shoulders. I am scryer and the version sold by shatt vendor (Greater Inscription of the Orb) is only 15 crit, 12 sp.

Sons of Hodir Exalted enchant is only 24sp and 15 crit.

I dont think the suggested enchant is available? Wowhead seems to suggest it was added patch 3.4 Inscription of High Discipline - Item - WotLK Classic

There are a few enchants in the data that seem to have never been available – kind of funny that Blizzard faithfully reproduced unobtainable items! We can remove that one from the list if it can’t be obtained.
