Vision of Perfection (warrior Arms)

I was trying some strange simulations with arms warrior and noticed that Vision of Perfection make Avatar proc even in arms simulation, it is supposed to activate BS for a shorter duration, Could anyone check and correct, or just tell me I was wrong?
I also checked the Avatar code page and saw it was activated through Vision of Perfection in both Prot and Arms.

Yeah, I was accidentally proc’ing both avatar and bladestorm for arms, heh. I’ll make sure avatar doesn’t proc.
