Void Ritual on me or Raid?

Hi there,
does it mean that I have to have 3x void ritual or have 3 people in a raid?

Void Ritual has an increased chance to proc if at least 3 people are using it, which is what that check box is for.

Using several items yourself just increases the amount of stats you get but does not have any effect on its chance to proc - and AMR can figure out that by itself just by looking at your gear.

if i click the box he wants me to take out void ritual gear if i take the hoe out he wants me to put it on?
