AMR is telling me that my ilvl 437 [Beacon to the Beyond] is useless. It keeps telling me to equip other inferior trinkets. I sold all the others except my ilvl 24 Philosopher’s Stone as I need that for my alchemy. It wants me to use that ?!?
Any ideas what is going on?

You have “max on-use items” set to 1, which is not allowing this item to be equipped along with the pocket anvil.
Up the limit to 2 and the optimizer will be allowed to equip it!
