When forcing 1h Weapons for WW Monk it suggests Legion Artifacts over 2x ilevel 194

As the title says: AMR tells me to equip my Legion artifact weapons when I specify I want to prefer one handed weapons even though I have 2 iLvl 194 weapons in my bags. Is this suggestion correct? Seems very counter intuitive.

Both of your 194 1H weapons have intellect on them, when you get agility ones it will choose them.
