Every few days i login and AMR had a total blank for my toons. I have to start all over importing everything. My entire list of toons is totally gone.
We store your list of recent characters on a per-browser basis right now in the browser’s local storage (it is on my to-do list to move this to the server and synchronize across any device that you may be using).
Is it possible that you are using e.g. a browser addon or setting that clears local storage in your browser periodically, or when you close the browser window?
No i would never do that but thanks anyway. Now with the latest “permanent bug” Ahune loot not being added, AMR is kind of only half working and half worth the trouble yet still full price.
He wasn’t suggesting that you do that. He was asking if you already do, or possibly inadvertently do it. For example, if you used the site in a private browsing window we couldn’t save your character list. The recent character list is stored in your actual web browser’s storage cache.
