For some reason it is not recommending a gem for the blue slot on chest piece.
If I clear exclusions, it puts a stormjewel in there but then it doesn’t recommend a gem for the yellow slot in my gloves:

If I set my gem threshold from 0.20% to Disabled, then it recommends a gem for both slots.
Setting threshold back to 0.20% then opening the gem selector, there are plenty of gems with >0.20% upgrade so something is getting confused here, I think?
