The punchcards I have not equipped shows the wrong ilvl, which makes the secondary stat values on them wrong. AMR seems to ignore an ilvl over 414 on them.

Oh it was just one of the yellow punchcards that’s wrong. The 414 haste/crit yellow one is supposed to be 424. The red one is supposed to be 404 though, not 414. The blue ones are all supposed to be 404.
I think I am having the same problem. I have a Forceful Efficient Logic Board (Warforged to 425, +306 Crit, +102 Haste) socketed in, but AMR appears to think it’s a 414 one (with +294 Crit and +98 Haste).
What item level is your punchcard trinket itself? When we tested on PTR, both the red and yellow punchcard’s effect/stats scale to the item level of the trinket, and ignore the item level on the punchcards themselves.
The item level of the trinket is determined by averaging the gain from each punchcard, for example:
Base trinket ilvl is 400.
If you socket a 404 red punchcard and a 425 yellow punchcard, the average gain is (4 + 25) / 2 = 14.5, and I think they round down, so your trinket will be 414, and your red/yellow punchcards will both behave as if they are ilvl 414.
edit: So we “cheat” a little when importing, and just make your already-socketed punchcards match the ilvl on the trinket itself.

I agree – it is over-complicated and confusing in my opinion.
How I think they should have done it: each individual punchcard should just be… whatever item level it is, and the effects on each punchcard scale to that item level.
And then the item level of the trinket itself is only of consequence for e.g. your average item level for queuing for dungeons – just set it to the highest ilvl punchcard in the trinket, done.
I’m seeing minor issues with this as well.
Socketed: Red 415 Cyclotronic Blast, Yellow 420 Forceful Efficient Logic Board, Blue 404 Neural Autonomy. Don’ think blue matters at all just being through.
In game Trinket shows Item Level 418, with 299 Crit and 99 Hatse, Cyclotronic Blast on use of 25,593 every .5 sec over 2.5 sec.
BiB shows Item Level 418 but also shows 299 Crit with 100 Haste and Cyclotronic Blast damage of 24228 every .5 sec over 3 sec.
I also think what is confusing people is when BiB suggests to you to socket certain boards, it does not raise the corresponding trinket level until after they have been applied and re-uploaded. I think the nature of BiB should be to show you what it will be, should you make the suggested changes. Before I applied the suggested boards from BiB, my trinket showed 408 item level with the yellow card showing damage for a 415 and the red card showing stats for a 420. Once I applied them and copied the string back for BiB it show the correct trinket level just with the minor issues noted above. String attached.

Yeah – I’m aware of this minor issue with the punchcard trinket… it is actually quite difficult with how the optimizer is currently written to dynamically change the ilvl of the item during an optimization based on the gems put into it and taken out of it as the optimization process is calculating. I’ll see if I can come up with a way around it when I get some time.
For cyclotronic blast – in-game tooltips sometimes include versatility in the displayed damage for trinkets. Could that account for the difference that you see?

You were right the damage is affected by verse and duration and tick affected by haste and cyclotronic blast can apparently crit now with the hotfix. Just as we are talking about it they go and change it all around on you. I feel for you bud.
Yeah I had to update it after tuesday’s hotfixes, I added the cast time before the channel (both that and channel are hasted), and the ticks can crit in the simulator (and get multiplied by versatility), and updated the ranking to match the new implementation. It’s still pretty good.
