Am I missing something obvious?
Your soulbinds and conduits changed.
What do I need to do to synch things up, I have reexported and reimported.
If you have the latest version of the in-game addon, it will export your currently selected soulbind tree path and conduits, so it should match up. The latest as of this post is v108.

Try following the steps in this post:
Sometimes old item data can get cached in the in-game addon and cause issues on the website. Usually this happens if you haven’t played a character in a long time, but it can sometimes happen for other reasons. In most cases the following will resolve any related issues:
