I am wearing this [Self-Replicating Tissue] and got this in a mythic last night [Drape of Twisted Loyalties].
Why is Mr robot telling me to Re-equip [Self-Replicating Tissue] when the [Drape of Twisted Loyalties] is better for a BM hunter ?

The difference between those items is negligible. The optimizer estimates only a 0.02% difference between them. If you prefer the other item, go ahead and lock it in. You’ll never be able to tell one way or the other in-game.
