Cannot use any of the Best in Bags, Upgrade Finder, Worst in Bags, Best in Slot for my Paladin. Any of these give me error “Index was outside the bounds of the array”
It looks like somehow the talents being read by the addon are out of sync with what we were seeing on the PTR… I’ll try to figure out what’s going on there.
I have this same problem on my Prot Paladin, as does my husband on his Holy Paladin

same problem, also after manually inputting talents its giving me some wacky recommendations on gear like replacing a 613 +strength trinket with a +597
really sucks because i used the great vault upgrade BiB earlier and… now I’m really not sure if that was correct but i didn’t realize anything was broken then
i’m really disappointed
Still working on it – a bad talent ended up in the data that we extracted from the game, so I’m working on getting that removed which should resolve the issue. As far as I can tell there’s no good way to actually tell that it’s a bad talent… so I have manually filtered it out and now I’m testing it.

just chiming in i’m seeing it too
I would have to see your specific case to comment on a particular trinket suggestion – create a snapshot ID by following the instructions in this post:
We just posted an update that should hopefully resolve this issue. There were indeed multiple bad talents in the paladin data… we manually fixed them for now, tomorrow I will try to figure out if there is a way to detect these kinds of bad talents in the future.
You will need to refresh the web page and re-import your character from the addon, and then it should work again. We also highly recommend activating each of your specs in-game at least one after a big game patch like this where talents move around.
Make sure to update your talents on all of your setups! One easy way to do this is to open the talent editor, then press “use last imported talents” – that will make that setup match your talents as seen in-game at the time you exported.

this time the site correctly shows talents so i’m not sure what this one is about

I posted this in another thread but saw this one was paladin specific so I thought I would post it here as well.
Also after updating gear from great vault and re-optimizing I got this error as well.
Index was outside the bounds of the array.

We just posted another update that should resolve this error for now. I’m not 100% sure why it’s happening so we’ll investigate further tomorrow.

If you are still experiencing this issue, if you could create a snapshot it will help us to diagnose the issue more quickly. Instructions on how to do that are on the error popup message that you see with the ticket number, on this forum the first time you make a post, or in this post:
I am looking into some things to try and figure out exactly why it is happening – something got weird with the talent data for paladins in this patch.
I’m back in business - thank you so much for your help and the quick turnaround!!
