Upgrade finder suggest crafting Axe-Flingin’ Bands, but i have already World Tender’s Barkclasp and World Tender’s Rootslippers which both brings one embellishment. Or does it suggest crafting it with a sparkle / no embellishment?

The “Quick Rank” search does not try to find combinations of gear that remove your other crafted items to combine with the crafted item being ranked. We do have adjustments to deal with breaking/making set bonuses in the “Quick Rank” that we can extend to deal with the embellishment unique constraint – it’s on my short list of things to revisit.
In the meantime you can use the “Add to my Bag” search to try a particular crafted item – in that case it will try potentially thousands of combinations from your inventory with each item in the list. I know that’s a bit less convenient, but it should get the job done until we update it.
Over the next few months we are also going to explore some bigger changes to the Upgrade Finder to make it more convenient in general. We have some ideas that may or may not work out… so we will probably do a beta of it and let people switch between the old/new version at will and give feedback.

Added all suggested upgrades to “Add my bag” and found the wrist without embellishment, which still had an upgrade for me.
My approach is to use BiS when finding something new to craft. First I remove all the content I’m done with and can no longer obtain this week. Like if I’m done with raid, remove all raids. Remove vault rewards. And then run BiS to see what comes up.
Good tip, thanks! By trying it out, just found out, that masterwork sindorei amulet without embellishment was missing as an suggested upgrade in upgrade finder / bis finder. Adding it to “Add to my bags” showed it then as an upgrade for me.
