I converted a 480 helm into my ele shaman’s tier set and it did not count toward the bonus. Why?
Could you post a snapshot of your case? With that I can examine all the bonus IDs attached to the specific item created by the catalyst and see what’s up. Instructions on how to do that in this post:

Short Version: you will get much faster support if you press the “help” link next to whatever feature you need help with, then click Create Support Post, then copy the generated 32-character snapshot ID into your post with a description of your issue. Nine times out of ten if you don’t do this, we’ll have to ask you for the snapshot anyway before we can help you.

Note that the season 3 and 4 set do not mix if they are the “same” effect.
