If you look at the rotation recommendation for my character in Guides:Demon Hunter:Havoc it is showing (in both single target and multitarget) a rotation that includes the covenant skill Elysian Decree (Kyrian) and Fleshcraft (Necrolord). These skills cannot both be in the same rotation as they are different covenants.

That’s just a display issue – the rotation wouldn’t actually use Fleshcraft unless you had the proper covenant. There’s actually a restriction in the rotation to only use it if you have the Volatile Solvent soulbind node – I’ll try to get the guide page to reflect that condition.
Good explanation, but isn’t the display issues relatively easy to solve? If you’re not necrolord you shouldn’t see necrolord skills?
