Emblem items not shown in BiS list when no raids selected.

Could you give me an example where this is happening? I just tried it and unchecked all raid filters and set emblem filter to all, and I see several emblem items being chosen, including the ones available from emblems or the raid. You can create a snapshot by following these instructions:

You have locked in items in your setup that you have filtered out, so of course it will score higher! If you include emblem and/or raid items, you’ll see similar scores.
