Faulty dps trinket suggestion

Best in bags suggests that the trinket Homeland Raid Horn (ilvl 421) is a dps downgrade over Treemouth’s Festering Splinter (also ilvl 421) despite both trinkets having exact same stats except that the “downgrade” has a damage dealing on-use ability while the other one is damage mitigation.

I loaded your snapshot and don’t see the behavior that you describe. If you create a snapshot ID though, I can load your exact setup and settings to see if something specific is causing an issue. It takes only a moment, instructions on how to do that are in this post:

New "Help" Link Support Feature

Oddly enough something has changed since I last used the site earlier today. Earlier today the item was showing as a -0.3% downgrade, but the situation has improved at least a little bit since then even though I have not touched the character since then as now it shows it as equal (although still not choosing it as the recommended trinket).
