Info: I wanted to Sim DW-Arms but needed to work around with selecting Fury-Spec.
If i spec into Arms i dont have that 3% free hitrating.

We account for the extra hit from talents and include it in the display. We have a post with a bunch of details related to the feature that lets you set custom stat thresholds:
(In general you don’t need to set a hit threshold because the optimizer will almost always maximize hit as it is high value for most specs, but this post has a lot of good info.)
We will automatically adjust to your chosen talents – if you choose the Precision talent we will include the extra hit no matter which “spec” you have chosen. Because TBC doesn’t have explicit “specs” like later versions of WoW, we use it more as a hint about how you want to play. If you are doing dual-wield DPS, you can choose Fury as your spec then choose whichever talents you like – the rotation will adjust accordingly.
