Hit rating waaaay over cap?

Why does the best in bags sim recommend hit rating well, well, above my Ret Melee cap? Why does it recommend I wear the meme tentacle trinket, when my crit is super DR already? These two recommendations make it hard to trust the sim.

New "Help" Link Support Feature

Next to the big section titles of the optimizer features (“Best in Bags”, “Upgrade Finder”, etc.) there is a “help” link in green.
