How can I delete or manage the private version lists in theorycraft wiki?
If you choose one of your private versions on the wiki, you will see a “Clone” and “Delete” link right under the version picker.

I only can see a “Clone” now!
If you have one of the public versions chosen, you can’t delete those. You can only delete ones that you have created yourself.
This is a created one in private category. I named it in Korean by the way.
The name shouldn’t matter – are you logged in on the account that created it? This is what I see on a test version that I made:
