A number of items seems to be missing in BiB, I’ve tried to equip them but they don’t appear on the right side, so I can’t choose them manually. They appear on the left side though.

Usually this happens if the item is not appropriate for your character: a weapon without your primary stat, or armor of the wrong type (e.g. mail vs. plate).
