Its factoring a tailoring item but
i am not a tailor.
This isnt the first time ive had a tailoring bop pop up for me as well any chance we could get a fix for that, for now im just removing it manually but others may not see it right off

A character’s professions do not exclude those that cannot be made by them, in the Crafted section of Upgrades.
