Stat Distribution

The BiB is telling me to add versatility enchants and gems but the stat distribution right next to says all of my stats except mastery are too high and to reduce versatility.

EDIT: I had something locked which I unlocked and crit and mastery need to increase but haste and versatility still need to decrease but it still says to add vers enchants.
