Tomorrow we will be updating the site for The War Within early access. We expect to have the site update ready sometime before it goes live at 3pm PDT.
Here is what to expect:
Item, Gem, Enchant Data Updates
The site will be completely switched over to The War Within item, gem, and enchant data. The Best in Bags and Best in Slot optimizers will only rank and choose items, gems, and enchants from The War Within.
As always, our optimization models are built around max-level characters for the current expansion, with a focus on end-game PvE content. That said, the optimizer generally works quite well for leveling and we encourage you to use it. Just don’t expect it to have the same level of accuracy at low levels with low level gear.

Still in Development
We are still actively developing our optimizer models! We hope to have a first pass completed by the official launch day of Aug 26 at 3pm PDT for all specs.
That said, we fully expect Blizzard to make significant balancing changes before the first raid opens, so the optimizer results will inevitably change as well. It is always a bit up in the air for those first few weeks of a new expansion, so hang with us as we chase Blizzard’s changes with each patch they roll out.
We will post more details if any part of the optimizer is lagging significantly behind schedule.
